No overdue fines are charged for books that are returned, but patrons are responsible for the cost of lost or damaged items, plus a $10 processing fee for each item.
Library books that have been overdue for a year or longer will incur a $10 processing fee for each item. The Fee will be charged to the patron's account when they return the book. Unpaid charges will prevent additional checkouts, future registrations, and receipt of transcripts.
There is a $1 per day overdue fee for each DVD. After a $30 late fee accrues, the patron is responsible for an additional $10 processing fee and any replacement charge over $30.
In general, books can be renewed twice as long as the book is not on hold by another patron. Renewals of Interlibrary Loans are contingent upon the policies of the lending library they are from.
All materials can be returned at the circulation desk during opening hours. Additionally, there are two book drops located at both entrances where books can be returned. We ask that DVDs NOT be placed in the book drops, but are returned at the circulation desk.
