Annotated Bibliography
Essay 2 will be an Annotated Bibliography (in MLA Style) of sources on a focused topic of your choice (we will discuss topics in class).
- You must include five (5) entries/sources in your Annotated Bibliography, and they must all come from Coastal Carolina CC’s LRC databases (you may use print or web sources).
- Select a topic and develop at least two (2) research questions to help guide your research.
- Be patient. It may take some time to wade through the available sources on your topic, and your research questions are likely to change as you continue to read.
- Allow ample time to cycle through your research process and compile your Annotated Bibliography.
- Annotations of each source need to be about 100 words.
- Each annotation should do three things:
- (1) Summarize
- (2) Assess
- (3) Reflect
